Websites and landing pages

A page built to sell, not to be admired.

One promise, two fields and a WhatsApp button, built for a thumb on a phone.

The anatomy

Five things decide whether a visitor becomes an enquiry.

None of them is a design opinion. Each one is the difference between somebody reading about you and somebody messaging you, and they are the same five on almost every page we build.

One

One promise, at the top

The headline says what you sell and for whom, in plain words. A visitor decides in seconds whether they are in the right place, so the page answers before they have to ask.

Tap

WhatsApp before anything else

One tap opens a chat with your business number, message already written. It is the fastest route from interest to conversation, which is why it goes above the form rather than below it.

Two

A short form for everyone else

Name and phone number. Every extra field costs you enquiries, so there are no extra fields — whatever else you need can be asked in the conversation that follows.

Proof

Evidence next to the ask

Real photographs and real reviews, placed where the doubt actually happens — beside the button, not on a separate page nobody visits.

Thumb

Built for the phone in their hand

Loads fast, reads clearly, buttons sized for thumbs. The desktop version is the adaptation, not the other way round.

What a visitor is deciding in the first five seconds

Do they do what I need? Roughly what will it cost? Are they near me? Has anyone else used them? How do I actually reach them? Will they answer?

A page that answers these six above the fold does not need to be clever. A page that answers none of them does not get a second chance.

02
Both languages

Arabic as a real version, not a translated copy.

Where your customers work in Arabic, the page runs right to left as a first-class version — written properly rather than machine-translated and bolted on. Forms, buttons and follow-up messages all work the same way in both.

Written, not translated

Modern commercial Arabic that reads as though it was written first, because word-for-word translation is obvious to every native speaker who lands on it.

Right to left, properly

The whole layout mirrors — not just the text. Buttons, forms and navigation sit where an Arabic reader expects to find them.

The customer picks

A visible switch, and the follow-up replies in whichever language they wrote in rather than whichever the page defaulted to.

Both versions stay in step

When an offer or a price changes, it changes in both. One version quietly going stale is the usual failure.

03
Connected, not standalone

What happens after the click is the whole point.

A page that captures an enquiry and leaves it in an inbox has only moved the leak one step down the pipe. That is why we never deliver the website on its own — the form and the WhatsApp button are wired into the same place your team answers everything else.

Straight into one inbox

The same place your team answers calls, messages and campaign enquiries — not a form notification email that somebody has to remember to act on.

The source travels with it

Which page, which campaign, which advert. That is what makes the monthly report able to tell you what anything actually cost.

A reply in seconds

Including after working hours and on Sundays, which is when a good share of the clicks happen.

A page per campaign

Not the homepage. Each campaign gets a page that answers the promise its advert made, with one obvious next step on it.

Questions

Before you ask.

We already have a website. Do we have to replace it?

Often not. Where the site you have is decent, we connect it — the forms, the WhatsApp button and the tracking — so enquiries start landing in one place. Where it is fighting you, we say so and rebuild it.

Who owns the site and the domain?

You do, unconditionally, along with the content and every enquiry it produces. That is one of the four rules we do not bend.

Can we edit it ourselves?

Yes, for the things that change — offers, photos, text, opening hours. The parts that decide whether it converts are ours to look after, which is what the monthly covers.

How many pages do we get?

It depends on the package: one landing or offer page on the smallest, a full site on the others. A page per campaign is available beyond that — it is on the add-ons page.

Is it good for search?

Built properly for it — fast, structured, with the right titles and descriptions on every page. Search results take months to move, so we treat it as the slow half and the enquiries you already get as the fast half.
