Clinics
Every appointment request answered, day or night.
The message that arrives at 10pm is answered at 10pm, not when reception opens on Tuesday.
No obligation · A scope and a go-live date back the same week

The message came at Monday 10pm. Reception saw it on Tuesday morning.
Reception is with the patient standing in front of them — which is the right priority, and exactly why the phone rings out and the message sits unread until Tuesday. By then she has booked somewhere else.
The clinic enquiries nobody sees
Patients ask about price, insurance and availability in the evening, after working hours and on Sundays. Whoever answers first usually gets the appointment — and it is rarely the clinic that answers on Tuesday.
The appointment nobody can fill
A missed appointment is the only stock a clinic has, and it expires every hour. Nobody can sell the 9am slot at 10, and the patient who missed it is usually never chased.
The patients you already treated
Most clinics never contact the people who have already paid them once. It is the cheapest list you will ever own — six-month checks, repeat treatments, the course somebody stopped halfway — and almost nobody works it.
Missed appointments, without and with a reminder
In a randomised study of 9,835 patients, 23.1% did not turn up when nobody reminded them. A reminder from the clinic cut that to 13.6% — nearly two in five of those empty chairs recovered.
What an automated voice call managed
In the same study the recorded call did worse than a person, because you cannot reply to a recording. Reminders here go out on WhatsApp, so she can answer — and reschedule instead of vanishing.

What patients actually ask
How much is it?
Do you take my insurance?
Is there a female doctor?
Do you have anything today?
Does it hurt?
Where do I park?
Every one of these has a right answer, and it is the same answer every time. None of them needs a human being awake at ten at night.
From the advert to the follow-up appointment, one connected path.
Every step is built, connected and running before we hand it over. Nothing waits for someone to remember it, and nothing depends on how busy the front desk happened to be that afternoon.
Advertising that brings patients
Google and social campaigns for the treatments you want more of, written inside the rules your licence sits under.
→ THE RIGHT PATIENT SEES YOU
Treatment pages
A page per treatment that answers the price question, names the doctor and carries a booking button instead of a phone number nobody picks up.
→ ENQUIRIES COME IN
Sorted and routed
Treatment, insurance, new patient or returning: tagged the moment it lands and sent to whoever should own it.
→ SOMEONE OWNS IT
Follow-up that runs itself
An instant answer, then polite follow-up on WhatsApp until she books or says no. In English or Arabic, whichever she wrote in.
→ NOBODY GOES QUIET
Booking and reminders
She picks a slot from the real diary. A reminder and a reschedule link go out before it, so a change of plan becomes a new date instead of an empty chair.
→ THE CHAIR IS FILLED
Recalls and reviews
Six-month checks, repeat treatments and the course somebody left unfinished — chased automatically, with a review request after every visit.
→ SHE COMES BACK
Step 01 — the advertising itself — is run for you on the package that includes managed advertising, or by your own team on the others. See the packages →
Built for a desk that is already busy.
The patient list is the piece people call a CRM: one shared place where every patient and every conversation lives, instead of notes on somebody's phone. Everything below sits on it.
One inbox for every channel
WhatsApp, Instagram, the website and the phone in one place, so nothing depends on who happened to be at the desk when it arrived.
A reply in under 60 seconds, day or night
She gets the answer she asked for and one question back. A person takes over the moment the clinic opens — or the moment she replies.
A diary that fills itself
She books from real availability instead of leaving a message and waiting, so reception stops chasing people for a time that suits.
Reminders that cut the empty chairs
Sent on the channel she actually reads, with a reschedule link instead of a dead end, so a change of plan becomes a new date.
Recalls for patients you already treated
Six-month checks, repeat treatments and unfinished courses, chased on their own schedule. The cheapest appointments you will book all year.
Reviews without asking in person
A request after every visit, at the moment she is happiest, so your rating climbs without anyone having to ask across the counter.
Tell us what you treat.
How many enquiries you get in a month and where they come from — we'll come back with what your clinic's system would include and how fast it can be live. One reply, no call needed.
Every missed appointment is an hour you paid for and nobody used.
Three sizes. The same system underneath.
Every clinic starts on one of three packages. The difference is how much of the front desk runs on the system, and whether we bring the patients as well. What each one includes, and how fast it goes live, is set out on one page.
Before you ask.
Will this comply with the advertising rules we work under?
We build inside them. No guaranteed results, no “best” or “miraculous”, before-and-after images only under the conditions the standards allow, and your medical advertisement licence number on the accounts that require it. What we do not do is write medical claims — your licensed practitioner approves clinical wording before anything goes out.
Where does patient data live?
In your own account, exportable at any time, and it stays yours whatever happens between us. The system holds enquiries, appointments and conversations — not clinical records.
Does it replace our receptionist?
No. It answers when she can't, and hands over the moment she can. It also means the patient standing in front of her stops being interrupted by a phone nobody can reach in time.
Can it book into the diary we already use?
Usually yes. Where a clinic system cannot connect, the system keeps its own diary and reception works from one screen instead of two — which is often the bigger win anyway.
Will the automatic replies sound like a robot?
No. They are written in your clinic's voice, they answer the question that was actually asked, and they hand over to a person the moment she replies. English or Arabic, whichever she wrote in.
How fast can we be live?
Between one week and one month, depending on which package you take. One supplier, no queues and no committee — decisions get made the same day they come up, so your clinic is answering enquiries while a traditional agency would still be booking the kick-off meeting.
