Map the leak
We ask where your enquiries come from and what happens to each one: who answers, how fast, and what happens to the people who do not buy straight away. By the end you will know how many you are losing, and roughly what that costs you every month.
Agree the plan
Before anything is built you get one page: what the system will include, what it will do, what it will not do, and when it goes live. You say yes, or you change it. Nothing starts until you have signed it.
Build the system
Your pages, your customer list, your sales stages and your channels, built and connected around what you sell. An enquiry from your website, WhatsApp, Instagram or the phone all land in the same place, marked with where it came from.
Set up the follow-up
This is the part that wins the sale. The instant reply. The week of messages after it. The booking link. The review request. All written in your words, in English or Arabic. Then we send test enquiries through every channel and watch them arrive.
Go live, and keep it running
We switch it on and show your team how it works in one short session. Then we stay on the account. You are not handed a password and left to it.
About a week for a simple start. A few weeks for the full system.
It depends on how much you are switching on, not on how busy we are. One page with follow-up behind it can be live in about a week. The full system — website, customer list, sales stages, follow-up and reporting, in both languages — takes a few weeks from the day you sign the plan.
Three things slow a build down. None of them is us:
- 1Waiting for access. Your domain or your business accounts. Fifteen minutes of your time, often two weeks of waiting.
- 2A decision-maker who was not on the first call. Bring them in at stage one, not at stage four.
- 3Changing what the system should do after the plan is signed. Allowed, but it moves the date, and we will tell you by how much.
