Questions
01
The system

What it is and how it works.

What exactly do you install?

Five connected parts: a website built to capture enquiries, one customer list that holds them, follow-up that answers and chases automatically, reporting that proves what happened, and — on the largest package — the advertising that brings people in. We do not sell them separately, because a part on its own is where the leak starts.

How long until it is live?

Between one week and one month depending on the package: seven days for the smallest, three weeks for the one most businesses take, four weeks when advertising is included. From the day the scope is agreed.

Do we have to replace the software we already use?

Usually not. The system sits in front of what you have — winning the customer is what it handles. Where connecting to your existing software is worth doing, it is quoted as an add-on; where it would be fragile, we say so instead of building it.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes, and properly rather than by translating word for word. Pages, forms and follow-up messages all work in English and Arabic, and customers get replies in whichever language they wrote in.

Will the automatic replies sound like a robot?

No. They answer the question that was actually asked, they are written in your voice and signed with a real name, and they hand over to a person the moment somebody replies. You approve every word before anything goes out.

What size of business is this for?

Businesses that get enough enquiries to lose some. In practice that starts at roughly thirty a month and works up to several hundred. Below that, the honest answer is usually that a phone and some discipline will do.

02
Money

What it costs and how it is charged.

Why is there no price list on the site?

Two businesses on the same package can need very different builds — five services or fifty, one branch or four. A number on a page would be wrong for most people reading it, so we send a real one for your situation instead, usually the same day you ask.

How is it structured?

One fee to design and install the system, then a monthly fee to run it, report on it and keep improving it. The monthly is what makes it work: a system nobody runs stops working within weeks.

Is advertising budget extra?

Only if you advertise. Where campaigns are managed, they run from your own advertising account on your own card, with a limit you set. We never hold, float or invoice your advertising money.

What if we want something outside the package?

It is quoted and approved before it is built, never added quietly to an invoice. The things people most often ask for are listed on the add-ons page.

03
Risk

What happens if it goes wrong.

Who owns the data?

You do, unconditionally. Your domain, your content, your contacts and every conversation belong to you whatever happens between us, and everything can be exported at any time.

Can you guarantee more sales?

No, and anybody who does is guessing. We guarantee the system: every enquiry captured, answered and followed up, and a monthly report proving it. Your offer, your prices and your market stay yours.

What if we stop working with you?

You keep the system and everything in it. Nothing is held hostage — that is one of the four rules we do not bend.

What do you need from us to make it work?

Less than you would expect: the answers to your most common customer questions, someone who can approve wording, and a team willing to work from one screen instead of five. The building is ours.

Still have a question?

Ask it on WhatsApp and you will get a straight answer, not a request for a meeting. If it is a good question we will add it to this page.
