01
The leak

Your best people are the ones answering emails. That is the whole problem.

In a professional firm the person who can answer an enquiry properly is the person who should be doing chargeable work. So enquiries wait for a gap that never comes, and proposals go out and are never mentioned again.

22:05

The enquiry that waits for a partner

He is comparing three firms and he sent all three the same message. Yours replies on Tuesday afternoon, with the right answer, to someone who has already had a call with somebody else.

Sent

The proposal nobody followed up

Silence is read as a no. It usually is not. It is a finance director who was travelling, or a founder waiting for a partner to agree — and one polite message on day four settles it either way.

Never asked

The referral you did not request

Satisfied clients recommend firms when they are asked at the right moment. Almost nobody asks, and the moment passes with the final invoice.

42 hours

The average first reply to a business enquiry

Across 2,241 companies audited, the average time to respond to a web enquiry was 42 hours. Almost a quarter never replied at all — to people who had raised their hand and asked to be sold to.

Under 60 sec

What your firm replies in

A useful answer, a link to the right service page and a question that gets the conversation started — before the partner has read the email at all.

What clients actually ask first

Do you handle this kind of work? Roughly what does it cost? How long does it take? Who would we be dealing with? Have you done it in our sector? Can we speak this week?

Every one of these has a right answer, and it is the same answer every time. None of them needs a partner to stop what he is doing.

02
The system

From the first enquiry to the signed engagement, one connected path.

Every step is built, connected and running before we hand it over. Nothing waits for a gap between meetings, and no proposal depends on somebody remembering to chase it.

01

Advertising for the work you want

Search and social campaigns for the services with capacity and margin, not the ones that fill the week with small jobs.

→ THE RIGHT CLIENT SEES YOU

02

Service pages that qualify

A page per service that says plainly what you do, roughly what it costs and who it suits — so the enquiries that arrive are the ones worth a call.

→ BETTER ENQUIRIES COME IN

03

Sorted and routed

Service, sector, company size and urgency — tagged as it lands and sent to the person who should own it, not to a shared inbox.

→ SOMEONE OWNS IT

04

Calls booked without the email tennis

He picks a slot from your real calendar. No four messages agreeing a time that suits a partner between two meetings.

→ THE CALL HAPPENS

05

Proposals that get followed up

Sent, tracked, and chased on a schedule until you have a yes or a no. Silence stops being an answer.

→ PROPOSALS GET DECIDED

06

Referrals and renewals asked for

The review request and the referral ask at the moment the client is most pleased, and the renewal conversation before the term ends.

→ THE FIRM COMPOUNDS

Step 01 — the advertising itself — is run for you on the package that includes managed advertising, or by your own team on the others. See the packages →

On the partner's screen

Every open opportunity in one place, with the next step already decided.

The client list is the piece people call a CRM: one shared place where every enquiry and every conversation lives, instead of a partner's inbox. Everything below sits on it.

Billable people stay billable

The first answer does not need a partner. The conversation is already useful by the time one joins it.

No proposal goes quiet

Every one is tracked and followed up until you have an answer, which turns silence into a decision you can forecast against.

Calls booked from a real calendar

He picks a slot that genuinely exists, and gets a reminder — so introductory calls stop evaporating.

Enquiries that arrive better qualified

Service pages that state scope and rough cost mean fewer conversations with people who were never going to instruct you.

Referrals and renewals asked for on time

At the moment the client is most satisfied, rather than whenever somebody happens to think of it.

A pipeline the partners can actually see

Every open opportunity, its age and its next step, in one view instead of three inboxes and a spreadsheet.

Packages

Three sizes. The same system underneath.

Every firm starts on one of three packages. The difference is how much of business development runs on the system, and whether we bring the enquiries as well. What each one includes, and how fast it goes live, is set out on one page.

Questions firms ask

Before you ask.

Our work is bespoke. Can an automatic reply say anything useful?

It does not price the engagement. It confirms you do that kind of work, gives the honest range where one exists, and asks the two questions a partner would ask first — so the call starts halfway through instead of at the beginning.

Will chasing proposals annoy clients?

Not at the frequency we set, and the wording is yours to approve. A short message on day four and a final one on day twelve is normal professional practice — it is the firms that never follow up that look uninterested.

Is client information safe in it?

The system holds enquiries, proposals and conversations — not your working papers or client files. Everything in it belongs to your firm and can be exported at any time.

Does it replace our practice management software?

No. It sits in front of it. Winning the client is what this handles; delivering the work stays where it is now.

Will the automatic replies sound like a robot?

No. They are written in your firm's voice, signed by a real name, and hand over to a person the moment he replies. English or Arabic, whichever he wrote in.

How fast can we be live?

Between one week and one month, depending on which package you take. One supplier, no queues and no committee.
