Privacy Policy
Effective date: 22 August 2026
Manzooma (“Manzooma”, “we”, “us”) is the trading name of Manzooma Marketing Services, a business registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use manzooma.ae or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It is written for the people we deal with directly: visitors to this website, people who enquire about our services, and the owners and staff of businesses that become our clients.
If you are a customer of one of our clients (for example, you filled in a form on a website we built for a clinic or a showroom), that business is responsible for your data and its own privacy policy applies. Section 8 explains our role in that case.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller for this website and for our own marketing and sales activity is Manzooma Marketing Services, Dubai, UAE. You can reach us about anything in this policy at hello@manzooma.ae.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, book a call, message us on WhatsApp or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, the industry you are in, the services you are interested in and anything you write in a message. If you become a client, we also collect billing details, the names and contact details of the people we work with at your business, and the content and access credentials you give us to build your website, CRM and automations.
Information collected automatically. When you visit manzooma.ae our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time of request) for security and performance. We also use analytics and advertising tools that collect device identifiers, approximate location, the pages you view and how you arrived at the site. Section 6 lists these tools.
Information from other sources. If you contact us through Instagram, TikTok or WhatsApp, we receive the profile information those platforms make available, such as your display name and handle. If you were referred to us, we may receive your name and contact details from the person who referred you.
3. Why we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries and prepare quotes; to deliver the services in a client’s agreement, including building and hosting websites, configuring CRM and automation tools, and reporting on results; to invoice and collect payment; to send service messages about your project or account; to run and measure our own marketing, including remarketing to people who have visited this site; to keep the website secure and understand how it is used; and to meet legal obligations such as tax record-keeping.
Where UAE law requires consent, for example for marketing messages, we rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time. Otherwise we process data because it is necessary to perform a contract with you, to take steps at your request before entering one, to comply with the law, or for our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business in a way that does not override your rights.
4. Marketing messages
If you enquire about our services we may follow up by email, WhatsApp or phone about that enquiry. We only send ongoing marketing to people who have asked for it or who are existing clients, and every message includes a simple way to stop: reply “STOP” on WhatsApp, use the unsubscribe link in an email, or write to hello@manzooma.ae. We do not sell or rent contact lists.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract, and only as far as needed to run our business. The main categories are: website hosting and email providers; the customer relationship, forms, messaging and automation platform we run our business on; a payment processor, which receives your card or bank details directly (we never store full card numbers); business messaging services such as WhatsApp; and the analytics and advertising platforms described in section 6. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business, in which case this policy continues to apply.
6. Cookies and tracking
Cookies are small files placed on your device by a website. manzooma.ae uses the following kinds:
Strictly necessary. Cookies that make the site work: remembering your language choice (English or Arabic), keeping a form session alive, and protecting against automated abuse. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics. Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, tells us which pages people visit, how long they stay and where they came from. Data is aggregated and IP addresses are truncated. We use it to improve the site.
Advertising. The Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel let us measure whether our ads on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok lead to enquiries, and show our ads to people who have already visited this site. These platforms may combine that data with information they already hold about you under their own privacy policies.
You can control cookies at any time through your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them, or through the opt-out tools the platforms provide: Google at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, Meta in your ad preferences, and TikTok in your account settings. Blocking cookies may stop some parts of the site working.
7. Where your data is stored
Our website hosting, business software, email tools, analytics and advertising partners operate from the United States, Europe and other countries. That means your data may be transferred outside the UAE. Where it is, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer, including contractual commitments on data protection and security, and we only transfer what the service needs.
8. When we act for a client
When we build and run a website, CRM or automation for a client business, the data that flows through those systems, such as leads, bookings and customer records, belongs to that client. The client decides what is collected and why; we process it only on the client’s instructions to deliver the service, under our service agreement. If you want to exercise your rights over data held by one of our clients, please contact that business directly. If you are not sure who to contact, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
9. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months from our last contact with you so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Client records, contracts and invoices are kept for the life of the agreement and for five years afterwards, as UAE tax and commercial law requires. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of each tool, which we keep at or below 14 months. Server logs are rotated within 30 days. When data is no longer needed we delete it or make it anonymous.
10. How we protect it
We use reputable providers, enforce HTTPS across the site, protect accounts with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, limit access to the people who need it, and remove access when a project or engagement ends. No system is perfectly secure, and if a breach affecting your data occurs we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
11. Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies to you, other privacy laws, you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you and give you a copy; correct data that is wrong; delete data we no longer have a reason to keep; restrict or object to certain uses, including marketing; and withdraw consent you previously gave. To use any of these rights, email hello@manzooma.ae. We may ask you to confirm your identity first, and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer you can complain to the UAE Data Office or to the data protection authority where you live.
12. Children
Our services are for businesses and this website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when our practices or the tools we use change, and the effective date at the top will show when that happened. If a change is significant and you are a client, we will tell you directly.
