Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 August 2026

These terms cover two things: your use of the manzooma.ae website, and the general terms on which Manzooma Marketing Services (“Manzooma”, “we”, “us”) provides its services. If you become a client you will sign a service agreement, and where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement wins. Nothing on this website is an offer; a project starts only when a quote has been accepted and the service agreement signed.

1. Using this website

You may browse manzooma.ae and use the forms on it to contact us, request a quote or book a call. You agree not to misuse the site: no scraping, automated submissions, attempts to access areas not intended for you, or anything that could damage or overload it. We may change, suspend or remove any part of the site at any time.

Everything on this site, including the text, design, graphics, logos and the Manzooma name, belongs to us or to our licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission, except for sharing a link or quoting a short passage with attribution.

The site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

2. Information on this site

We work hard to keep the content accurate, but it is general information about our services, not advice for your specific situation, and we may update it without notice. Results described anywhere on this site, including case studies and examples, are illustrative. Your results depend on your market, your offer, your follow-up and your budget, and we do not guarantee any particular outcome from reading this site.

3. Enquiries and quotes

When you contact us we will usually propose a short discovery call, then send a written quote. A quote describes scope, what is included and the expected go-live timeline, and is valid for the period stated on it. We may decline to quote or to take on a project at our discretion, for example where the requirements fall outside what we can deliver well or where the business or its content conflicts with UAE law or platform policies.

4. How our services work

Manzooma builds and runs an integrated sales system for businesses: a website, a CRM, automated follow-up and reporting, delivered as a package and supported on a monthly basis. The key points below summarise how every engagement is structured; the service agreement sets out the full detail.

Setup and a minimum term. Each package has a one-time setup and a monthly service fee, and every engagement has a minimum term that starts when your system goes live. We price the build on the basis of that relationship, which is why the setup fee is a fraction of what a comparable standalone build costs. The monthly service continues after the minimum term unless either side gives notice as set out in the agreement.

Scope. What is included is defined by the package and any add-ons in your quote. Work outside that scope is either quoted as an add-on or declined, so that every client gets the same tested system delivered at the same speed.

Your part. Fast delivery depends on you supplying content, access and approvals when we ask for them. If materials are outstanding, the agreement sets a date on which the project is treated as live so that the term and billing can start.

Hosting and management. During the term your website is hosted and managed by Manzooma on our platform. This is part of the service and is not optional; it is what lets us support, secure and improve the system for you.

5. Ownership and licence

You always own your content, your brand and logo, your domain name, and all of your customer data, contacts, conversations and leads. That never changes, whatever happens to the engagement, and you can take an export of your data at any time.

Manzooma always owns its templates, frameworks, CRM configurations, automation logic, workflows and the platform the system runs on. These are never transferred.

During the term you hold a licence to use the website we build for you. Once the setup fee and every month of the minimum term have been paid in full, you receive a perpetual licence to that site and a full export of its files. If the engagement ends before the minimum term is complete, the licence ends and the site is taken offline, but your data export remains available as described in the agreement. You can bring the licence forward at any time by paying the balance of the minimum term.

6. Payment

Fees are stated in UAE dirhams and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable. Setup fees are payable in stages, with the final stage due before your site goes live. Monthly fees are billed in advance. If a payment is late we may pause the service until it is settled, and we may charge interest or recovery costs on overdue amounts as set out in the agreement. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun; monthly fees are not refundable for a month already started.

7. Messaging and advertising

Packages include an allowance for WhatsApp and other messaging; usage above the allowance is charged at the rate in your agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that the people you message have agreed to hear from you and for the content of what is sent. Where we manage advertising for you, ad spend is paid by you directly to the advertising platform from your own ad account, performance depends on factors outside our control, and any performance commitment we make is subject to the conditions and remedies stated in writing in the agreement. We never guarantee a cost per lead.

8. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to act for the business you represent, that the content, images and data you give us are yours to use and do not infringe anyone’s rights, and that your business, products and marketing comply with UAE law and with the policies of the platforms involved. You are responsible for your own customers, for any promises your marketing makes, and for keeping your logins secure.

9. Confidentiality

Each side keeps the other’s non-public information confidential and uses it only for the engagement. This includes your business and customer information on our side, and our methods, pricing and configurations on yours. We may name you as a client and describe the work in general terms unless you ask us in writing not to.

10. Liability

We will deliver the services with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you in connection with the services in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or price changes at third-party platforms outside our control, though we will always work to minimise their impact on you.

11. Ending the engagement

Either side may end the engagement for a serious breach that is not fixed within the notice period in the agreement. After the minimum term, either side may end it on the notice stated in the agreement. On ending, you receive your data export, we retain backups for a limited period in case you need anything, and access to the system is closed as described in section 5.

12. General

These terms and any service agreement are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page; the effective date shows when that happened, and the version in force when you signed your agreement continues to apply to that agreement.
