Automatic follow-up

The reply that goes out in seconds.

First answer immediately, reminders after that, in English and Arabic — stopped the moment a person steps in.

No obligation  ·  A scope and a go-live date back the same week

Automatic follow-up
01
Why it matters

Silence is read as a no. It almost never is one.

People go quiet because they are busy, because they are waiting for a partner to agree, or because the message arrived at a bad moment. One well-timed follow-up settles it either way — and "either way" is the point, because a clear no is worth more than a maybe you keep hoping about.

Minute 1

The reply that decides it

Whoever answers first usually wins. That reply cannot wait for somebody to open a laptop, and at ten at night nobody will.

Day 4

The follow-up nobody sends

Almost every business sends one message and stops. The second and third are where most of the recovered business actually is.

Day 30

The customer who was simply early

Not ready this month does not mean never. Without a system they are forgotten; with one they come back around on their own schedule.

98%

WhatsApp messages get read

Almost every WhatsApp message is opened. Only about one in five marketing emails is. That is why the follow-up goes out on WhatsApp — it is the one your customer actually sees.

Under 60 sec

What the first reply takes

Automatic, on every channel, at every hour — including 11pm on a Sunday. Answered, asked one useful question, and queued for a person before anyone looks at a screen.

02
What we build

Written for your business, not pulled off a shelf.

The sequence is only as good as the words in it. We write them around what your customers actually ask, you approve them, and they go out signed by a real person on your team.

The instant reply

Answers the question that was asked — price, availability, coverage — and asks the one question that qualifies them.

The follow-up sequence

Spaced over days or months depending on how long your customers really take to decide, and stopping the moment they reply.

Handover to a human

The second somebody answers, it goes to the right person with the whole conversation attached. Nobody is left talking to a machine.

Reminders and rebooking

Before appointments, viewings and jobs, with a reschedule link so a change of plan becomes a new date instead of a no-show.

Reactivation of old enquiries

The list you already paid for, contacted when new stock, a new offer or a new term arrives. Usually the cheapest business of the year.

Review requests

Sent at the moment the customer is most pleased, on the channel they actually use.

Tell us what your customers ask.

The three questions you answer most, and how long a decision usually takes — we'll come back with the sequence we would write and how fast it can be live.

Questions

Before you ask.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. The messages are written in your voice, signed by a real person's name, and they answer the actual question rather than saying "thank you for your enquiry". You approve every word before anything goes out.

Is following up this often going to annoy people?

At the spacing we use, no — and every message gives them an easy way to say no, which most people appreciate. Anyone who replies drops out of the sequence immediately.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. The sequence replies in whichever language the customer wrote in, and both versions are written properly rather than translated word for word.

What about WhatsApp's rules?

Messages go out through the official WhatsApp Business route, with templates approved for the purpose. Replies inside a conversation are free-form and immediate.

Tell Manzooma what you sell.

The follow-up never comes on its own — it arrives connected to your website, your customer list and your reporting. One reply, no call needed.
