About
Built by people who have sold for a living.
A licensed Dubai company that installs the sales system a business runs on — and stays on the account after it goes live.
No obligation · A scope and a go-live date back the same week

Manzooma is the Arabic word for what we sell.
مَنْظُومَة — manzooma: a set of separate parts arranged and connected so they work as one. It is exactly the phrase a business owner uses for something that holds together — منظومة متكاملة, an integrated system.
The root ن‑ظ‑م originally means to string pearls onto one thread.
From the same root
- niẓām نِظامsystem, order — the way a thing is arranged
- manẓūma منظومةthe integrated whole: parts that were separate, now working as one
Why we chose it
The problem we fix is a disconnection problem, and Arabic already had the exact word for the fix. It gave us the logo too: the two o's in Manzooma are drawn as interlocking rings — two separate parts sharing one space.
Most businesses don't have a leads problem. They have a gaps problem.
A website from one company. A customer list from another. Someone's cousin set up the WhatsApp. Nothing is connected, so leads fall into the space between the suppliers — and nobody can say how many, because no one owns the whole flow.
Three suppliers, three tools
One Manzooma
Four parts. One machine. Every client gets all of it.
We don't sell a website on its own, or a customer list on its own. A part by itself is where the leak starts — so the system is the smallest thing we build. The customer list is the piece people call a CRM: one shared place where every customer and every conversation lives, instead of notes on somebody's phone.
Your website
Built to capture, not to decorate. Forms, WhatsApp button, click-to-call, and a landing page of its own for every campaign.
One customer list
Every enquiry in one place, with a stage, an owner and a source — WhatsApp, form, DM, phone or walk-in, all in the same list.
Automatic follow-up
A reply the moment a lead lands, then a week of follow-up messages on WhatsApp and email until they answer or say no.
Reporting
What came in, from where, what closed and what it cost. One page, every month, in plain numbers.
Delivered as one project by one supplier. Scale clients add managed Instagram, TikTok and Meta advertising on top of the same system.
Speed of reply, not size of budget, is what wins the enquiry.
It is the most studied finding in sales, and it is the one thing almost nobody does. It is also the easiest thing to automate — which is why every Manzooma system does it from day one.
“Between a five-minute reply and a thirty-minute one, the odds of qualifying a lead fall by around 21 times.”
MIT Sloan — Lead Response Management study
What the average business takes
Across 2,241 companies audited, the average first reply to a web enquiry took 42 hours. Almost a quarter never replied at all.
Reply within five minutes
Of 433 companies tested, only 7% answered inside five minutes. More than half had not replied after five working days.
Every Manzooma system
Automatic, on every channel, at every hour — including 11pm on a Sunday. The lead is greeted, asked the right question and queued before anyone looks at a screen.

Live in days, not months.
One supplier. No queues, no committee, no waiting for three vendors to agree with each other. Decisions get made the same day they come up, so your system is catching leads while a traditional agency would still be booking the kick-off meeting. See the full process →
Tell us what you sell.
We'll come back with what your system would include and how fast it can be live — one reply, no call needed.
Get a QuoteMap the leak
One conversation: where your enquiries come from, what happens to them now, and where they are being lost.
Build the system
Your pages, your customer list, your stages and your channels — built and connected around what you actually sell.
Wire the follow-up
Instant replies, the week of follow-up messages, booking links and review requests, written in your voice in English or Arabic.
Go live, then report
Tested end to end, switched on, and reported on every month. We keep running it — that is the part that makes it work.
Four rules we don't bend.
They are the reason the work moves fast and the price stays honest. All four are written into the agreement, not just onto the website.
- Fixed scope, no surprises. What your system includes is agreed and written down before anything starts. Anything beyond it is priced and approved first — never added quietly to the final invoice.
- Your data is always yours.Your domain, your content, your contacts and every conversation belong to you, unconditionally, whatever happens between us.
- Your ad money never touches us.Advertising runs from your own account on your own card, with a limit you set. We never hold, float or invoice your ad spend.
- We don't guarantee what we don't control. We guarantee the system: every lead captured, answered and followed up, and a monthly report proving it. Your offer and your market stay yours.
Small on purpose. You talk to the people who build it.
No account managers, no hand-offs, no ticket queue. The person who scopes your system is the person who builds it — and the person who answers when you want something changed.

WhatsApp is the sales channel here. Not a nice-to-have.
Here, buyers send a message. They don't call. They expect a reply the same evening, and they decide inside the chat — not on your website. Messages come after working hours and on Sundays. Many people switch between Arabic and English in the same sentence. A system built for a nine-to-five week in Europe misses all of this. Manzooma is built for the way it really works here.
WhatsApp messages get read
Almost every WhatsApp message is opened. Only about 1 in 5 marketing emails is. That is why your follow-up goes out on WhatsApp — it is the one your customer actually sees. The hours we build around
Every hour of every day, because that is when enquiries actually arrive. A message at 10pm on a Sunday is answered at 10pm on a Sunday. Both languages, everywhere
Every page, every form and every follow-up message in the language your team and your customers actually use.Licensed and based here
